• Investigating technical issues which happened on Saturday from 3pm until 8.30pm

    We are investigating some technical issues which happened on Saturday (28th Jan) from 3pm until about 8.30pm.
    It will have affected anyone trying to see their account or submit meter readings.
    Apologies if this affected you. It does look to have been fixed now. We're getting a list of people who we believe were affected and will be in touch.
    I will post updates.

    Update 11am. It looks as though the issue was caused by an ongoing systems upgrade. Will update more when we have it.


    Update 1.15pm:

    We upgraded some of our systems that are behind our app on Saturday.
    Unfortunately, this didn’t go perfectly, and it caused a login problem for some members for around four hours during Saturday afternoon and early evening. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.
    The good news is the app has been running smoothly since - much to our engineers’ relief - and you will be logged in automatically next time you look at your account or send us a meter reading.
