• Pure Planet have attempted to take £400+ from my bank...

    Hi all,

    Pure Planet have attempted to take a Direct Debit from my bank of over £400 the agreed amount. I have tried emailing them and tweeting them but haven't heard anything back. Does anyone know the best way of contacting a billing department when something like this happens?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The best ( and only ) way of contacting Pure Planet staff is via Wattbot.
    Hi your account ( app or website ) go to menu, help, ask Wattbot, start your message with message the team, and ask there. They will reply within 24 hours
