Simple answer to your question - everybody who submits their meter readings any day other than the monthly anniversary of their first payment.

Technically it's not changed. Your reading should appear, then an estimate for the reading on the anniversary date.

If it worries you and you want to avoid it, send in your meter readings on your anniversary date, the date before your statement, and you will have no more estimates.

    Hope that helps

    Thank you.

  • Hi, and welcome to the Community Forum for PP customers.
When you submitted your meter readings, this will have been prior to your actual billing period. Therefore PP will then be required to "estimate" the usage between your "actual" reading and the date required to complete your billing cycle.
PP send you a reminder email asking you to submit your readings by a specific date.......if you submit your readings on this "latest date" then PP will use this "actual" reading and will not need to apply an estimate to your account.
When you submit your next readings (following the prompt email date) then your next statement will be " corrected" and will then be an accurate reflection of your account usage.
    Hope this helps. πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘Œ
