I hope so! There are a lot of happy customers who value Pure Planet's approach and ethos, but you will always see remoaners too (sorry pinched that one from Bre*it)
By far the biggest source of frustration seen on here is due to people who have joined thinking PP have a call centre and they don't do any reading or research, don't read the website or welcome pack or the faq's then get frustrated because they can't find a way to get their queries answered.
You've already found the community, of mainly satisfied and ever helpful people, and you know that if you do have any issues we will try to help, or if unable we will guide you in the direction to get any support you need. We are just customers like you.
So I hope you've made the right choice...but not sure who pure energy are....
