• Stop switch to Pure Planet

    I have just switched provider to join Pure Planet.
    Sadly I have just read that I cannot down load the app on my old laptop and my phone is not a SMART phone. Is this correct?
    It looks as if I need to stop the switch to Pure Planet ASAP.
    How do I contact the folks at Pure Planet?
    What do I do? Thanks

    Hi lynhodnett,
    Welcome to the community.
    It used to be that Pure Planet accounts could only be accessed via the app, but they have now developed a website which utilizes all the features of the app. As long as you have an internet browser you can now log in at https://purepla.net/.

    Welcome to the community! Thanks for posting. @Duppy is spot on, you don't need a smartphone as everything can now be managed in a web browser.
