• Why hasn't Pure Planet taken over my account yet?

    I have been waiting about 4 weeks and my account hasn't been transferred
    How can I find out what is happening?
    I have tried the bot chat but that's no good as it keeps going on about a smart meter.
    Because of my meter it can't be changed and you don't have to have a smart meter to use PP so I don't understand the problem

    ahhh OK, in that case someone from PP needs to check the account.
    Can you go to help, ask wattbot, type message the team and ask them to check your account, replies within 24 hours.
    It should have taken 17 days, and it may be just a communication issue, but only PP will be able to check.

    it's nothing to do with your meter. I have no idea why it would say that.
    But... we need more info to help you. How did you switch? If it was from a comparison website did you then use the app or register online?
    If you haven't done that then you haven't switched yet.
    If you have the app (or online) will update you with the status of your switch.
    Maybe you haven't completed the process, have a look here and here
