    I was trying to get a quote from recently buy a property and click on medium instead of low now it wont let me change it and its keeps crashing

    Are you using the app or online? It's all working ok for me online. If you get to your quote on the screen then you should be able to see a 'get new quote' button.

    Are you using the app or online? It's all working ok for me online. If you get to your quote on the screen then you should be able to see a 'get new quote' button.

    Not sure if you're on the app or in a browser.
    Did you go beyond looking at the quote figures? (important)

    If browser it sounds like your browser has got it's knickers in a twist (if browsers have knickers), try clearing the cache or use a different browser.
    I would start by restarting your phone. (if it is a phone?)
    ​Without more info of whether app or browser, what your device is and how far you got with the quote it's hard to advise.
