• is my switch going ahead??

    Ive tried twice now to switch to this company via the martin lewis website, first was rejected as my current provider was being a pain, I was asked to try again. I did so a week ago and have heard nothing? Can anyone help me out as if this is not going ahead, I need to look to an alternative provider, thanks

    hi Suzanne, have you logged in with your email (presumably the one you used on MSE), and your account should show you the progress of your switch.
    Have a look HERE
    "If you find Pure Planet through a PCW you can get a quote and follow the steps to add all your details there (including your DD details). We'll then send you a verification email - once you verify your email, we'll start your switch."
    not sure where you're up to, have you had the mail?

    See what you think. My guess is you have three options

    A. Wait a few more days and see if you get news of your switch

    B. Download the app and start the switch there - but you won't get the £25 from moneysavingexpert

    C. Contact Pure Planet - they can't respond until Monday earliest now of course. Download the app, click on the three little bars top right hand corner, select Help, choose Wattbot, put 'message the team' (without the quote marks!) in the question box then explain the situation. They promise to get back to you within one or two working days.
