    We have had a smart meter installed. Unfortunately, our gas set up meant that our gas supply is not on the new smart meter, but our electric is. Why then, am I still being asked to read the electric meter each month?

    Hey @ChilledChick

    For now, we're asking members to continue sending us their readings after their SMETS 2 install.

    This is because it's taking a little while for peoples' readings to be sent to us and appear in members' accounts.

    We have an FAQ all about this and how to read your new meter which may help?
