    Both of us have not received Vouchers

    Has anybody else had this problem, who do you contact to get it resolved

    I assume you've checked your spam etc? (a bit late now if you haven't!), and the person you referred?
    The voucher should appear a couple of days after the person you referred has had the first payment taken, but you've left it more than 6 months!
    anyway your chance to test the new improved wattbot functionality...
    Go to help (in app or online) ask wattbot, type "'Where is my Amazon voucher" into wattbot and follow the prompts
    You're one of the first to try it, so let us know how you get on?
