• Statement / usage

    Hi everyone

    i have previously asked for advice as I hadn’t received a statement and my app doesn’t update after I send a reading. I was rightly pointed in the direction of wattbot and spoke to the team who said there was a problem on the account and they were looking to fix it.
    i am now on month 5, still with no statements or usage updates. I have again spoken to the team and have been advised that there is still a problem on the account?
    has anybody else had the same / similar?
