• moved house and closed old PP account but cannot set up new one at new house?

    THere was no option to change address, just 'move out' and now we cant set up a new one at our new address.

    When did you move?
    Once your acct closure is confirmed then it should reset the acct which in turn will alloow you to set up an acct for your new house.
    It would also be possible as another method, you could log out of the app and then set up another acct using a differant email addresss.

    Jon1 is right. You'll have to set up a switch to Pure Planet at your new address, and until your account is closed at the old address, you'll need a different email address for your new account.
