Hi Junior, currently customers cannot change their Direct Debit via the app, so you will have to contact Members Services directly using the following steps:
go to blue homepage
click 3 white bars ( top right corner)
click on Wattbot and type in “Message the team” followed by your request.
A Pure Planet Representative will get back to you in a day or two so look out for their reply.
