I disagree, it certainly isn’t that simple as I said earlier- define a month in billing terms? 28, 30?29? 31? 30.4166? or days.

Also without wishing to sound critical, it isn’t worth getting worked up about this, it will be sorted and your balance will be corrected.

It is corrected on a daily basis but the correction is slightly flawed as is the way it’s worked out, that’s the real issue here. I can’t get my spreadsheet to work, would you like to share how you’ve worked it out? I must have missed something obvious....(as I often do!)
