I can't log in .

I need to change my direct debit, however I can't login. When I attempt to login I am prompted to check my e-mails to complete the login process, the e-mail directs me to the link to login where I type in my e-mail address and it tells me to check my e-mail and the loop continues. I am already registered as I thought I'd try to create a new account to break the cycle but cannot as my e-mail is already registered. Please can you advise?
