Just made the switch and have a friend looking to do so in a week or so. Knowing of the Refer a Friend offer, and having found things so easy to switch (plus the green credentials), I mentioned PP and he's interested.
However, I appear to be having the exact same issue as the folks above.
1) Just signed up to switch today, switch is a few weeks off
2) Logged into the App
3) Using either the button on the app, or the menu entry in the app gets me to the same page mentioned above, asking me to login to the app and request the code there. Except that this is exactly what I've already done.
4) I've tried clearing all my history/cache etc, but it's made no difference.
Any thoughts/advice? It's not the end of the world, but it's a bit frustrating. Did wonder if it's just because I'm not yet a customer, having only requested the switch and the actual switch itself being a couple of weeks off?
