• RESOLVED: Investigating reports of app issue with 'server error' message

    Our tech team are investigating reports from some members that the app is showing a 'server error' message.
    I will update this thread with the latest information as I get it.

    We've found the issue with one of our software partners.
    Our team are working with them to get this fixed ASAP.

    Our tech team have fixed the issue and the app is back up.

    WiFi is working here at home but it looks like server issues are stopping me from providing my monthly meter readings.

    No issues with my network so can only assume it's from the other side.

    Hello, I'm currently unable to submit meter readings or generally use the app. It looks like your servers are down as the message saying 'server error' keeps appearing on the screen. Please advise when this will be resolved?
