I'm guessing that you haven't understood your billing and usage correctly.
(apologies if all of this is obvious to you, I'm just guessing what the issue might be..)
Some questions to help us to help you.
Where are you seeing the £100 charge is it on the statement? Or is the direct debit wrong?
1.Have you submitted readings in the app?
2.Have you had a statement yet (you get the first one a month or so after you started getting your energy from PP)
3. Are those same readings you've submitted appearing on the statement or are the readings on the statement still estimated?
4. How much was your quote when you joined?
5.How much was your annual estimated cost?
You may not be aware that you pay 60% of your annual costs in the winter months and 40% in the summer
So if your annual cost was for example £1500 for both fuels your Direct debit would be £150 October to March. and would drop to £100 from Apr to Sept
The balance on the statement will reflect your usage but your direct debit should be as per the quote you had, and the DD doesn't change month to month unless the account is reviewed and you're using a lot more or less than expected.
If your direct debit is not as your quote go to help in the app, ask wattbot and type "message the team" and query it.
