I'm new to Pure Planet having switched 14/09/19 & can't fault the customer care shown to date, especially with the additional complication of OFGEM getting involved with my account following the liquidation of my previous supplier.

Many thanks for your assistance at a time of great uncertainty, it has been so appreciated.
