just had my smart meter fitted the problem is it says gas supply disconnected looking at setting it’s connected how do I get this resolved it’s been 24 hrs now and still not connected

You do mean the in home display not the meter?
PP have to do stuff at their end and there are issues with the ihds not connecting
A fix is expected so if it still hasn’t come right after switching it off and back on next week i’m afraid you’ll need to wait.
