We had a smart meter installed in June. We can’t use the hub in our home, as we live on 5th floor and the meters are in the basement so there is no signal. However, we don’t mind this, as our primary reason for getting a smart meter was so that we no longer have to go down into the basement, in the building adjoining us to read meters. However I’ve just looked at our meter readings on line and they are estimated. I expected that you would get an accurate reading from the smart meters without us having to go and read then send to you...am I wrong?

Currently it's taking some time for smart readings to come through.

So for now, yes, we would like Members to send us regular monthly readings.
