Smart meter not commissioned

It’s been 4 days since I got a smart meter (Trio II touch button) installed and all it shows on the screen is connecting to smart meter... and then not commissioned....

any ideas how to commission / connect?

Welcome to the community.
Have you tried turning it off/on, that sometimes works,. If not, contact the team via Wattbot and inform them, type message the team first to get you message passed on.

I had mine installed back in April. It took a few days until it was connecting. Maybe a week or longer. Seems to be working well now though.

Just need to arrange Gas to be fitted
