Smart Meter IHD says not commissioned

Had the Smart meters installed 3 September still waiting for the Display to be rectified so that it reads presently stating Not Commissioned, previously contacted you but again no response, not too happy with the poor service.

PLEASE ADVISE

have you contacted PP through help &support>ask a question, and persisted through the bot replies. You will get a response if you do that.
