Smart Meter Delivery overdue

I have been waiting to hear from Magnum Utilities about when they will be fitting my Smart Meter. I just contacted and they said they never heard of me. How do I get Pure Planet to deliver the Smart Meter they said they were going to deliver?

are you saying you registered your interest in having a smart meter and you haven't heard anything?

If you’ve registered interest it can’t hurt to use help and support to make sure PP know you are interested, it may be that they just haven’t got round to you yet but a nudge can’t hurt.

Persist through instant bot replies until it says your message has been delivered to the team. Replies in a working day or 2.
