I have been waiting to hear from Magnum Utilities about when they will be fitting my Smart Meter. I just contacted and they said they never heard of me. How do I get Pure Planet to deliver the Smart Meter they said they were going to deliver?

are you saying you registered your interest in having a smart meter and you haven't heard anything?
