Can I be absolutely certain that my Smart Meter data will not be shared or used for marketing purposes?

Yes it’s clear what the intent is but I think it’s too broad. 

Whether or not you are on our Priority Services Register, if we believe you need extra care or are in danger of being cut off, we will record that in our information and may share it with the relevant healthcare organisations.

As a minimum I’d like to see some scenarios illustrated as to what that really means and when it might be used.

Fred hasn’t paid his bills for 6 months I wonder if he’s still alive? We’d better call the police to check on him?
