My mum who is 89 has smart meters fitted from another company about 3-5 years ago, when she joined pure planet they ask if smart meters was fitted and wanted details of them, I would have thought you was able to access these to read mum’s meters and not keep asking for readings each month. She is also registered as disabled and can not get access to these meters unless someone else does this for her.
please help and say your able to read these meters and save her the panic of estimating her bills each month.
