Three hours it took to install my smart meter and its not working the guys said it would hilight with pure planet but ive received an email saying its been installed succesfully but its not how do i report this

Is it your actual gas and electricity smart meters that are not working OR your in home display?
And when you say 'not working', what do you mean?
