Smart Meter

I recently switched to Pure Planet and now for the second month I have been asked to do a meter reading even though I have a smart meter. Why is this?

You're talking to fellow PP customers on this forum, and as such we don't have access to customers accounts. But we will help if we can.

It depends what type of smart meter you have , if it works when you switch suppliers.
