Smart display not working

I have just switched to pure planet from green network energy. Just before I left lowri beck installed smart meters at my home but were never able to get the gas meter up and running. Since the switch the electricity meter isn't feeding through data to the display either. How do I rectify this?

Hi, I'm going through same trouble at moment, best thing to do is goto Watbot type advisor and make sure the serial numbers of both gas and electric match what PP have on their system.  If you just joined PP can take a couple of weeks for them to communicate with the meters.  In the meantime you should be able to submit manual readings but when submitting a read it will come up your meters serial number always check this matches before proceeding and if not as I said at beginning you will need to message the team.
