smart display meter not working

Hi 

can anyone help me to get my display smart reader that is inside my property back working. 
It keeps saying waiting to retrieve data. 
this was working until about a couple of weeks ago. 
this is inside my property. I have tried reset etc but still nothing.

Hi @Mandyh,

In the app (or online at the PP website) use the ☰ menu to Get help and support and Ask a question. Type IHD problem and the Wattbot machine will try to help you. 

One thought is, can you get it any closer to the meter for a test?

Hi @Mandyh 

 

Given that your IHD (In-Hub Display) has worked previously, I’d get in touch with WattBot for this one, to see if it (or the team can assist you with your IHD Issue). 

 

If you do speak to the team, it would be handy to have ready the following info:

  • How close is your IHD to your electricity meter/comms hub (in meters)? 
  • Are there any thick walls in-between your electricity meter/comms hub? 

Hopefully you’re able to get your IHD working again soon!
