can anyone help me to get my display smart reader that is inside my property back working.
It keeps saying waiting to retrieve data.
this was working until about a couple of weeks ago.
this is inside my property. I have tried reset etc but still nothing.

In the app (or online at the PP website) use the ☰ menu to Get help and support and Ask a question. Type IHD problem and the Wattbot machine will try to help you.
One thought is, can you get it any closer to the meter for a test?
