Meter readings

We have had a smart meter installed. Unfortunately, our gas set up meant that our gas supply is not on the new smart meter, but our electric is. Why then, am I still being asked to read the electric meter each month? 😞

Hey @ChilledChick

For now, we're asking members to continue sending us their readings after their SMETS 2 install.

This is because it's taking a little while for peoples' readings to be sent to us and appear in members' accounts.
