meter move

Moving meter with Pure Planet is so difficult. I am thinking of changing to another provider in order to get someone to talk to me to plan the move and set dates. It is ridiculous.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

I’ve flagged this with our Member Services team, they emailed you on 26/08 asking for a bit more information to organise the meter move, did you get this email? The subject was ‘ACTION: Please confirm your meter work details’, let us know if you can’t find it!

Our complaints team also responded to your complaint this morning - that’s probably the best email to reply to as it’ll have the most up-to-date information in it.
