We moved into a new build property in Nov 2020. There are smart meters but no handset/display to go with them. Can I get one from Pure Planet?

you can only ask...use help&support>ask a question in app or online when logged in,to send a message to customer services. Persist through any (instant) bot replies until it says your message is sent to the team, human replies in 2-3 working days.
Tell them you don’t have an IHD (in-home-display)
