I switched over to Pure Planet a week ago and today the opening meter readings appeared in my account, however the in home display for my smart meter isn’t working. It just says waiting for data and keeps looping round in a demo mode flashing the LEDs etc.
Can anyone tell me how long I can expect to wait for it to start working?

The answer depends on what type of smart meter you have, the early smets1 meters are being upgraded to work with any supplier, the later smets2 meters should be able to be read shortly after switching.
