Gas supply disconnected


My smart meter says Gas supply disconnected, please contact your supplier, please help

Hi @Oloughlin, that looks like your In Home Display. Is your gas still working ok?

If so, then in the app use the ☰ menu to Get help and support then Ask a Question. Now tell the Wattbot machine you have an IHD problem. If it doesn’t understand and organise help for you, type Message the team to get the attention of a real human.

They should reply in a few days.
