Gas SMETS2 Commission Failed

I had my smets2 meters installed yesterday and the elec one commissioned but the gas one did not and I was advised someone would come back to retry the commissioning process. This morning I received an email stating my installs were successful. How do I make sure that someone is coming out to retry the commissioning process for gas?

I think it’d be best to get in touch with our Member Services team about this - they’ll be able to check the status of your meters and arrange a new visit if needed! To get in touch, select ‘get help and support’ > ‘ask a question’ in your account, and let them know your smart meter hasn’t commissioned.
