Thanks for posting.

Do you mean the In-Home Display? Check out this FAQ - hope it helps, but happy to keep chatting here too of course. :relaxed:

Hi EWJ

Welcome to the community.

There are a number of questions that your post leaves unanswered, so this is, by necessity, going to be a long post, with questions.

1: How do you know, think you know, that Pure Planet has ‘lost connection’ ?

2: How long have you been with Pure Planet?

3: Is your meter supplied by Pure Planet, or someone else?

4: If supplied by someone else, is it SMETS 1 or SMETS 2?

5: Is your IHD working?

6: Have you been, are you getting, ‘estimated’ statements?

There are a number of guides here to various aspects of Smart Meters, but without knowing what exactly the issue is, it’s a bit hard to know where to start.

Kindest Regards

hi @EWJEWJ

As other reply and to add if you’ve just joined and you have a smets2 meter it might start working, but you haven’t given enough background to make a guess as to whether the IHD has stopped communicating (common if you just switched).

If in doubt you can still send in readings (the best timing being a day before your statement date) wait for your statement and see if it shows automatic readings.

No need to panic, your DD won’t be affected, but post back with more details as previous reply?
