    Am I missing something here, but won't £20 of the £48 be the two £10 payments for each fuel ' membership'? So you're only using £28 worth of fuel ? That you were paying £160+ for ??? Wow .

    I don't actually know why , and I don't have any figures to hand ,but it does seem to be occurring to some degree . If it's not the meter , it must be the quality of installation- human error .
