    Usually, the day after I submit my readings - I always do it on the day or before it's due - I receive the bill for that month.

    This is usually required of me by the 17th of each month....

    Oddly enough - it won't work for me in Chrome, but it does work in Chrome based Edge and IE. In Chrome, it briefly flashes up and the page goes white.

    Hiya, have the same issue. I was able to work it out by watching my meter for when the blinks increased and then identified it to a heater.

    You could get an energy monitor to see if that helps?
