We’ve released a new version of your Pure Planet app and web account.
This month we’ve focused on bug fixing, following our major app update last month.
That includes making sure you can complete your registration to let us know you’re interested in smart meters - thanks to
A few other fixes include the information page you’re shown if the app/website is down for maintenance, and minor layout issues across various devices.
By far the most popular feedback we received was making sure it’s clear where to enter meter readings, quickly and easily. To address this, we’ve updated the account dashboard to clearly display “Your tariff, meter and readings”, and added the option to ‘Send a meter reading’ making it easy to see exactly where to go.
Don’t forget we’ll also notify you, and display a reminder at the top of your account’s dashboard, when it’s time to enter your readings each month.
