Hey everyone,

We’ve released a new version of your Pure Planet app and web account.

It’s version 8.2.0 for iPhone, iPad and Android. Head to the App Store or Google Play to download the new app update!

There's some exciting new features in this release, with some exciting improvements to account reviews.

From now all account reviews can be tracked, reviewed, accepted and queried in your Pure Planet app or web account.

If we need to lower or increase monthly payments to keep your energy usage and balance on track, you’ll see something like this:


You can accept or query the proposed changes. WattBot will also be able to answer the most commonly asked questions we get whenever we review your account.


Querying your account will take you directly into a new WattBot chat where you can suggest an alternative payment. This will put your account on hold as our Member services team investigate further. You can also accept the review, too, at this stage if your question’s been answered.


That’s it for now. Remember that it can take a few hours for the latest version of the app to appear in the App Store or Google Play for everyone.

Just downloaded the latest app update- looks very good. Well done PP team 👏
Currently floating around both APP and Web accounts and the new options are really great.
Just noticed that the community moon link via the web account on the left is not working states pop up window blocked, but links from the right index re FaQ's.

If the pop-up is blocked on web for you, that'll be the browser settings.
Are you using Safari? I'm pretty sure there's an option for this in Preferences 👍

Yep, that's the big piece of work in this release.
When I go to the 'Balance & Payments' section I can see a new section under the Payment schedule called 'Account review'.
If your account isn't in review it shoudl just say when you had your last review, and when the next one is due.
Yep I thought it might be (is) safari, but what confused ((wee techie (brain)) was that it linked from web index via FaQ's.
I'll head to preferences and do the do, scratching my head thinking whats the nuts and bolts driving these two options.
Hey, I don’t have the community moon thing on my app home page any more and have to keep signing in to the community through an email link.

Sounds like you're not logged into the app.
Make sure you're looked in and you'll see the community moon appear 😃

That's really odd.
What phone are you using, and what version of the OS is it running? Our tech team may be able to sort this if they've got a few more details.

Yeah think it replaces the Refer friends moon rather than Community, when meter reading required


I lost the community moon when the account review moon appeared. If that helps.
I'll let you know when meter reading reminder arrives but I'm fully mooned as expected at the moment.

mum on iPhone 8 with latest download of the app.
submitted readings last week and my homepage is still without the community moon. I miss the moon 😣

Yes @Shelfy, my community moon has been usurped by the others at the moment. I can still gain entry via the Help and FAQs link in the ☰ menu...
