So I realised that I've been charged and I want to cancel my account and get the money back because apparently the flat had already a different energy supply and I didn't know since Friday and got a letter that I had to pay.

It sounds as though you have just recently moved in?
You can't 'cancel' an energy supply as there has to be a supplier registered at the property. It sounds as though you moved in and switched to Pure Planet? There will still be energy usage from when you moved in to when you transferred to PP which is owed by you to the previous supplier.
The only way to 'cancel' and go with another provider is to switch again but then you'll end up paying potentially 3 suppliers. As long as you give each supplier accurate readings then you'll only be paying each for the energy you have used and there won't be any overlap.
your post is or was unclear -see later edit below
Are you saying that the flat was being supplied by Pure Planet but someone switched suppliers to someone else before you moved in?
Or are you saying that someone switched suppliers after you moved in?
Or are you saying that you switched suppliers after you moved in?
In any event take a note of the readings (you should have the readings from when you moved in) and if you can some photos of the meters preferably showing readings, you might need them.
It seems your other post has disappeared, it's showing in the list but I can't link to it for some reason however the first few lines which I can read make it clearer.
When you moved in the flat was with another supplier.
You are responsible for paying the other supplier up until the time PP took over the supply which took 17 days from when you switched to PP
The other supplier is entitled to charge you from when you moved in or when your tenancy started to when you switched to Pure Planet.
You should make sure they don't charge you for use before you signed up for the flat, hopefully you have meter readings from when you moved in and readings when you switched to PP.

Hi, I moved to the flat on September 2018 and I supplied the flat to Pure Planet but recently I’ve received a letter from a different supplier which had the previous person that stayed in my flat and didn’t cancel his energy supply so I have 2 energy suppliers the previous one from the previous person and this one. I prefer to cancel this one.
Ok it's clear now
See my earlier reply, If you've actually switched into Pure Planet , did you switch in using the app?
(If you didn't use the app you haven't switched in)
If you're within the first 14 days from when you started your switch you can cancel using the app.
If you have actually switched into Pure Planet already and if you want to switch away from Pure Planet you just need to switch away to a different supplier. You can do that directly with another supplier or go through a comparison website, it's up to you.If you do that you will eventually get a final bill from Pure planet and your account will end. You can't cancel the account if you've switched in without going through the process of switching to a different supplier, unless you are leaving the property.
