We, along with one of our software partners, are carrying out some planned upgrade work on the app.
The work starts at 9pm on Tuesday 30 April and will be running overnight to be finished at 8am on Wednesday 1 May.
It means that Account, Billing+Statements, Send a meter reading and Usage will be inaccessible - the app will display them as being down for maintenance work.
WattBot and the Community will both be online as usual :raisinghands:
8.30: UPDATE: We're still working on the upgrade, will let you know when everything is back up and running.
9.00: This is now completed and the app is running as usual:o
