Just some food for thought.. when messaging the team would it be possible to have a date/time stamp for responses? I’ve been asked to wait 2/3 weeks but with a boisterous toddler on my hands I don’t know what year I’m in let alone how many weeks have passed!
I’d definitely find it handy!
