Me neither! I had to google it, but it is plant based and non toxic. It had a very slight smell of marzipan! Very sticky though!

Nataly. Gotta look that up.
Got back from holiday today to our order of Bio D non bio washing powder, fabric softener, Sodasan stain remover and Ecozone loo cleaner. Will let you know how they go. The Bio D has its work cut out, it has to tackle the post camping laundry. We've never seen our kids so dirty!!
Good morning all. Hope you have all been having a great summer so far.
To follow up on the post about https://www.topofthewoods.co.uk/ for an eco camping holiday, we can definitely recommend you go there. If you don't fancy the actual full on camping they do also have glamping and domes. Soo and Jon are amazing and really look after the guests. Yo have to do your recycling and they are really conscientious about how you treat the land while you are there.
They were also selling some local organic produce. One in particular was http://www.reallywildsoap.co.uk
Sadly we had run out of money to buy any there but I'm going to order some online.
They also donate some of their profits to www.bumblebeeconservation.org
Hope you're all hacign a great summer wherever you are. We had a wonderful week at eco camping site Top Of The Woods in Pembrokeshire. We took a visit to the Welsh Wildlife Trust in Pembrokeshire. Their Teifi Marsh Boardwalk has collapsed and have been raising funds to rebuild it. If anyone is interested to donate a couple of pounds please do.
We took our own tent. It really is a beautiful place. I would post pictures but dozy pillock here forgot to transfer them from hubby's phone to the computer before he went back to work.
It has a fabulous walk round the woodlands to a secret waterfall and they are really strict about how the land is treated and how guests behave. Can you believe that every year at the end of the season, they take down ALL the glamping lodges so that the land can recover? The only thing that stays up are the domes. We are considering going again next year.
Morning all. While the kids are having a pyjama and film day I thought I would catch up on some ehical hunting.
These guys are not cheap but then you can't put a price on the planet. They have a vegan selection too.
Going to attempt to search out ethical high street stores in addition to online places. Found these guys in Birkenhead for those round the Merseyside area.
That is an awesome idea, never thought of that. Would be great to know from folks all the great ethical cafes to go to
And, more importantly(!) they were the first cafe to ban single use cups - meaning a £250,000 fall in sales since the ban:eek:
A very brave decision :raisinghands:
Happy Monday everyone,
What's new in the world of ethical shopping??
Happy Thursday y'all.
With the recent slight drop in temperature it was time to purchase our 9 year old a woolly hat and gloves. I was made up to find hats in Tesco's that are made from recycled plastic bottles adn it was only about £4. That was my awesome purchase of the week. I'd send you a picture but I'm afriad it's at school.
Enjoy the rest of your week peeps.
Not sure if this is of any use to anyone or if you already unwittingly use their products but thought it worth poppingon. Had to buy my son a new pe jacket today and only noticed the tag when we got home that references ethics so took a look.
For some reason it won't allow me to take a screen shot but this link will take you straight to it. If you are on a school pta or have links to a school, it might be worth ckecking out where they get their uniforms from and if this company might be worth a lok at.
