We switched on 1 April but can’t seem to find how to set up our account on the app. We only have two icons - switch and get a quote.

Firstly how did tou switch ?
If you used a comparison site, they cant actually do the switch for you. This can only be done via the app.
Judging by your post you can take either chioce give your details personnal and bank accct etc, and simply follow the instructions.

Have you received your welcome pack? It includes info on your Direct Debits and the date you'll come on supply with PP.
