Welcome to the community.
Pure Planet does carry out reviews of our accounts and advises the need to adjust our DD's.
In your case best not wait for that review as you have indicated, so proceed to contact PP's HQ directly as this is the support forum.
Open the APP - Open Help - Open Ask wattBot - Then type "Message the Team" and ask for a DD review as you have explained. Look back at wattBot in a couple of days to see PP's response, which may be sooner supported by a reminder text if you forget to look.
Any problems revert back to the community for assistance, many solutions are solved here, and why not have a go at scrolling through the FaQ's if you have time.
All the best from a fellow customer
As Strutt G has indicated, you are "talking" to Community Forum members and not directly to PP. Follow the instructions given by Strutt G if you wish to open a discussion with PP regarding your account status.
To enable Community Forum members to assist you, you will have to supply more information.
For example.......how long have you been a PP customer ?
How much are your DD payments ?
Are you aware that PP takes a lower DD payment for the 6 "warmer months" (April - Sept) and a higher DD payment for the 6 "cooler months" (Oct - Mar)......this is split 40% and 60% of your total estimated annual costs.
It is very important to realise/understand that PP base your estimated annual costs, on the figures that you supplied as part of your switching process. So therefore, if your supplied figures are not a reflection of actual usage, then PP's calculations will not be accurate. This will result in your account showing as "in debit or in credit".
Our accounts should always be "approximately" one month in credit, as your first DD payment is taken on day 1 of your account.
So if you feel that you are definitely "running up" an uncomfortable amount of debt, then you really must contact PP via WattBot through your App.
If you could supply more info for Community Forum members to consider, then I'm sure that you will be given some really helpful assistance.......we always try to assist fellow PP customers.
