Three days running asked for somebody to contact me about refunding over payments. Put in 2 complaints and still nothing. Shocking lack of customer service. Seriously thinking of going to another supplier even if they cost more.

Nick from the team replied to your chat two days ago, on 8th May.
In his message he's suggested a different DD payment to get your account back on track. He's waiting for a reply, for you to confirm it's OK.
