When will my switch happen?

i just wanted to check when my swift will happen

Hi Claudia, 

You're talking to fellow PP customers on this forum, and as such we don't have access to customers accounts. But we will help if we can.

If you mean your switch, it should tell you in the app how many days before your switch, as long as you've had your verification email and confirmed.

welcome to the community

Just to say that I’ve flagged your post as you’ve used your email address as your username, not a good idea as the community is public!`

You need to log into your PP account to see the countdown, but you won’t be able to do that until you verify the switch from an email you will receive. If you don’t verify or haven’t verified you won’t switch.

also @Nataly can you suggest an error trap so that @ can’t be used in a username?

Good advice from @Angelabikerbabe @woz, have you verified your switch? Once verified you’ll receive a Welcome Pack email from us containing all of your switching information :relaxed:
