unreceived payment

hi i am a new customer to pureplanet and i was given 17th july as my account start date however my payment was took a day early on the 16th july and now a few days later i have received an email saying that my payment wasnt received and your going to try again in ten days however no money of my bill amount for this month was put back into my bank account
